Terms

Cargo Service Dubai is a Dubai booking and coordination desk. A quotation is a plan until intake weight, packing and a named destination suburb are confirmed. Transit windows on this site are typical bands after a complete file leaves Ras Al Khor — not guaranteed calendar dates.

What you are booking

We qualify the cargo, obtain rates from contracted transport partners, and issue one written scope. Collection, line-haul, destination delivery and some document steps are performed by those partners as contracted. We do not claim to own every vehicle or warehouse used on a GCC lane.

What a rate includes

Included only when written on the quote: UAE pickup or Ras Al Khor drop-off, packing if quoted, export file work, and the handover type (door, warehouse or terminal). Duty, VAT, SABER fees, crane, inside-room unpack and destination storage are extra unless the quote is DDP.

Customs

We prepare and flag the export file in Dubai. Import clearance, SABER, FASAH/Bayan and duty remain the consignee’s or their broker’s unless we wrote DDP. Restricted categories, missing papers, or an unreachable receiver can change both the rate and the date.

If a partner is delayed

Border queues, weekend gates, SABER waits and a warehouse that stopped receiving are holds, not transit. This desk remains the WhatsApp contact. We do not transfer you to an unknown third party and disappear.
