Quiet WhatsApp does not mean lost cargo. It means the truck is between milestones. We do not invent GPS pings.
How to track a consignment today
Message +971 55 214 5290 with the booking reference or the shipper name and destination city. The desk replies with the last milestone. If you only have a driver’s personal number, that is not a tracking ID — send the booking ref from the intake message.
What we will not pretend to be
There is no consumer tracking URL on this site because this is groupage and FTL, not 2 kg courier parcels. A 12 m trailer to Sulay does not scan at every Riyadh exit. Asking for an AWB-style page on an LTL sofa shipment is how people pick the wrong operator.
When updates stop
Usually a missing receiver phone, a SABER/SHA hold, or a warehouse that will not offload after 15:00. We tell you the hold reason. We do not mark “delivered” until POD exists.
Booking reference versus driver chat
The intake message has the ref. A driver’s personal WhatsApp is not the file. If the driver changes at Al Batha, the desk still owns the milestone list. Ask the office, not a screenshot of a pin that has not moved because the truck is parked at the gate.
POD is the only “delivered”
Signed name, stamp, or warehouse GRN. A “the helper took it” voice note is not POD on a commercial pallet. High-value electronics should say at booking if they need ID at handover.
Milestones on Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain
Same cadence, different gate: Abu Samra, Hatta / Al Wajajah, Nuwaiseeb, or the King Fahd Causeway. We name the border on the update. A Doha villa POD is not a Riyadh warehouse stamp. If you booked sea to Jeddah, the milestones include discharge then inland — not Al Batha.
How to ask without losing the file

Do not start a new chat from a personal number the desk has never seen and expect us to guess which sofa. Quiet hours on the highway are normal; a hold gets a reason (SABER, phone, warehouse cutoff).
What “where is my cargo?” usually means
Either the last milestone (collected, departed Dubai, border, OFD, POD) or a hold. We answer with that list, not a fake map pin. If POD exists, the file is closed. If the receiver’s warehouse cutoff was 14:00 in Sulay, the truck waits until the next slot — that is not lost cargo. Keep the intake message; it is the tracking ID.

On this desk the link is WhatsApp plus your booking reference. There is no fake parcel portal.
Can I track like Naqel?
No. Naqel is a Saudi courier network. We run Dubai–GCC cargo trucks. Different scan model.
How often do you update?
At milestones, not every hour. You can ping the desk; you will get the last confirmed event.
What if the receiver says it did not arrive?
We check POD. Without a signature or warehouse stamp we treat it as not delivered.
